I wanted to take a moment to thank you for the job your company completed for The Flame Broiler at Tapestry Park. The hard work, professionalism, dedication, honesty, integrity, and communication your team promotes truly makes a Business Owner at ease throughout the duration of construction.
I also wanted to take a brief moment to say what an amazing job Morris and Tim did while over-seeing the project. I believe the face of an organization as seen by its employees and/or sub-contractors is through the actions of immediate supervisor’s. Both Morris and Tim did an unparalleled job of representing your company. They were tireless workers, extremely knowledgeable and patient, imaginative and insightful. They were both even tempered when challenged and simply did not believe in the word fail. Morris and Tim instilled confidence in their team throughout the term of construction and executed completion of our project 7 business days earlier than promised. The compassion for the well being of Flame Broiler reflects positively on your company and the team you hired to complete the task at hand. Any one of these qualities would make your company a great company, but encompassing all of them makes you, by far, the best company a person could hire.

Morris and his team were very timely with everything. He did a good job of getting everybody in, coordinating the various schedules and getting everything done. My project was completed on time and on budget.

The biggest thing for me with Morris is that he was a really good partner early on in the process. This is super important to me. He was involved while we were doing site evaluations, prior to getting formal bids from subcontractors.
Morris was willing to get involved ahead of the curve with site selection concerns and planning discussions, when we were bringing a facility into a new location. Morris functioned as an extended team member which proved extremely helpful.
Solid quality of work, timeliness on the actual job itself and typically meeting the timelines, schedules, and deadlines were normal occurrences with Morris and his superintendents. I will be using him for additional projects as he has proven to be able to do exactly what he says he will do and what I expect.
Morris’s honesty and integrity are very, very solid, as is his professionalism. I definitely trust him. I trust his judgment and I know that he knows what he’s doing. If he tells me something I can pretty much take it to the bank. We have definitely had solid communications. He does a fine, solid job on being responsive. He meets all of my expectations.
